1) How Long will it take to deliver the Goods ordered ?
We at CRAFT2CART take 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of Order, receipt of Payment and then shipping out. It shall take 3-5 days TRANSIT TIME by the India Post / Courier Company with in India, sometimes the destination address is in far remote areas & sometimes the delivery gets delayed due to bad weather. So normally you shall take into account 8 working days for the goods to reach you.
During Festival times, it might take longer than the usual time of 8 days, say 12- 14 Days.
2) How do I place my Order ?
On our Online Store www.craft2cart.com Ordering has been kept as easy / simple as possible for the convenience of our clients.
First step towards ordering is to simply register yourself at our online store www.craft2cart.com Once You have registered yourself, go to the page and log into your account. Browse through the store, make a selection, and keep adding items you want to purchase in your wish list / Shopping Cart. At any moment while shopping, you can click on the button Shopping Cart to see the list of the items ordered. You can delete any item from your shopping cart in case you change your mind. Once you are done with ordering and wish to close your shopping , please follow below directions to complete the last formalities.
Step 1: You will need to fill in your delivery address & Shipping method.
Step 2: You will be taken to Payment Page where you will have to make a choice how you need to make your payment – Your Credit Card / Debit Card/ Internet Banking / Bank Transfer or by DD.
Step 3: Continue to check out & confirm your order. Please remember, it is very important to check out in the last otherwise your order will not be placed successfully.
After the Payment is made through / via CITRUS Payment Gateway system, Please do not close the Payment Page, Kindly wait until you are directed back to our Craft2Cart page to generate a 5 digit order number
3) How are the Goods Packed ?
We at CRAFT2CART are very particular about packaging. It is very important that the goods ordered should reach the customer in fresh / good / original condition. To ensure the same, we pack the items in 5 ply strong / tough corrugated boxes. All the parcels are sent by air & not by surface, which further enhances the safety of the ordered goods.
4) Do You have COD ( Cash on Delivery ) Facility ?
Yes, we have COD (Cash on Delivery) facility across India.
6) If I do not have a Credit Card / Debit Card , How shall I make the Payment ?
In case the Customer does not have the Credit Card / Debit Card, he need not worry. There are 3 more payment options he can bank upon.
The First one is to simply choose the COD ( Cash on Delivery ) method of payment.

7) How will I know if you have received my payment or not ?
Once you have made the Online Payment, You will get a CONFIRMATION mail from the payment gateway CITRUS. Secondly, you will also be receiving a mail from Craft2Cart stating that your payment has well been received.
8) What is CITRUS ?
CITRUS is nothing but a Payment Gateway Solution Provider through we receive the payment sent by the Customer. All the Online Payments made by our customers by their CREDIT CARDS / DEBIT CARDS are directed to their secure confidential site from where they are routed towards us.
9) Are the prices on Craft2Cart subject to change ?
Yes the Prices at our online store www.craft2cart are subject to change without notice.
10) Will I receive an invoice for my order ?
Yes all the goods purchased by our customer are invoiced & we send out his Invoice along with the product / goods. So you shall be receiving the invoice along with your delivery.
11) Will You replace the goods damaged while in transit ?
We take best care at our end to pack the goods / products ordered nicely in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. But despite of our best attention & care , the goods might get damaged due to the carelessness of the Courier Agencies. In such case, the customer has to write back to us with 24 hours of the receipt , with the photographs / pictures of the damage caused, we will do the needful after reviewing the same.
12) Can I exchange the goods after I have received them ?
Once, the goods get sold. They are non returnable & non exchangeable. The exchange can happen only under one circumstances i.e. In case the goods received are different than the goods ordered.

13) Can I cancel or change my order ?
The Orders can be cancelled or changes only within one hour of placing the Order. Once we have processed your order & shipped out, it is impossible to cancel or change the order.
14) Can I club two orders & request for one dispatch ?
One dispatch for two different orders placed at two different times / dates can happen only if the earlier order has not been dispatched at the times we receive your request.
15) How can I expect my refund of money in case my order gets cancelled due to any reason ?
In case the payment has been sent to us using CHEQUE/ DD / BANK Transfer Option , We will refund the money , make a DD and send it to your registered address. In case you have used the online method of payment using CREDIT CARDS / DEBIT CARDS / INTERNET BANKING ,then the payment will be refunded by CITRUS directly into your account .
